Church management software, finally without the bloat.

We tested every major church management tool on the market. They’re either too expensive, too clunky, or sold through a 30-minute sales call. Wisefig is the modern, all-in-one church management software we’re building, with flat pricing and no sales call. It’s coming in late 2026.

No spam, no marketing emails. We’ll write to you exactly once: when the beta opens.

What we’re building

A church management tool that fits on one screen and doesn’t require a 30-minute discovery call.

One tool, not seven

Members, giving, attendance, volunteer scheduling, check-in, and email — in one place. Not seven products you have to wire together.

Pricing that doesn't surprise you

A flat rate per active church size. No per-user license, no transaction-fee math homework, no quote-only enterprise tier.

Quiet by default

Built to fade into the background of your Sunday. The volunteers running check-in shouldn't need a training session to use it.

Why we’re building it

Every existing tool is one of two things: an expensive, sales-led platform built for churches that have a dedicated administrator, or a cheap legacy tool that hasn’t been redesigned in a decade. The middle is empty.

We tested every major option ourselves. The reviews on this site are the output of that testing. Wisefig is what we’d build if we were the churches doing the buying — modern, fairly priced, and self-serve from day one. Read our full ranking of the existing options →

Frequently asked questions

When will Wisefig be ready?
We're aiming for a private beta in late 2026. Waitlist members get first access. We'll email you when there's something real to try, not before.
What will pricing look like?
A flat monthly rate scaled to active church size — small (under 100 attendees), mid (100–500), and large (500+). No per-user fees. Online giving will run on Stripe at standard processing rates with no platform markup. We'll publish pricing publicly the day we launch.
Why are you building this when there are already so many tools?
We tested every major option — the reviews on this site are the result of that testing. The existing market is split between expensive sales-led platforms (Pushpay, Realm, Subsplash) and cheaper tools that haven't been redesigned in a decade. There's room for a modern, mid-priced, all-in-one tool that doesn't require a sales call.
Will my data move over from another tool?
Yes. We'll provide CSV import for the major platforms (Planning Center, Breeze, Tithe.ly, ChurchTrac) at launch. For Pushpay/CCB and Realm we'll likely need a manual export step — we'll document that path before beta.
Are you the same people who write the reviews?
Yes. The site is run by Sankalp Jonna. The reviews are written from hands-on use of each tool, with AI-assisted writing from raw notes. The rankings are independent of the product we're building — we never rank Wisefig in the editorial reviews because the product doesn't exist yet, and ranking a non-existent tool would torch the editorial credibility that's the point of this site.
What if I don't want to switch tools?
Then don't. The reviews on this site are useful even if you stay where you are — they explain pricing, features, and migration paths for every major tool. Join the waitlist if you're curious; ignore it if you're not.
